Leave your child’s name and pattern number in the Delivery Instructions when placing your order.
Once submitted, no changes can be made – orders are sent to the factory immediately.
Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
The delivery time of customized products may be slower than normal, but we will arrange production and delivery as soon as possible. If it is a gift, please allow enough time for printing and transportation.
